Vermont Photo Galleries is a fine art photography business started in Manchester, N.H. in 1985 as F - Stop Studios by Glenn Conant, then renamed Glenn Conant Studios when we left N.H. to move to Vero Beach, Fla., and again renamed Vermont Photo Galleries in 2006 when we returned to our roots in Vermont, and currently owned by Glenn Conant Studios of greater Burlington, Vt.
We specialize in photographic images of Vermont and the natural beauty found there, as well as images of Lake Champlain, the Champlain islands, and the wildlife and wildflowers found there.
We have a "Feline" section showing wonderful, candid cat images, a "Feathered Friends" section, as well as a "Wild Animal" section showing tiger and lion images, as well as monkies and a West Borneo owl.
We also feature images from the mystical country of Indonesia, including West Borneo, Bali and the Indonesian metropolis on the island of Java known as Jakarta.
We show Indonesian people from all walks of life, as well as wild life, and images from the infamous South China Sea.
We also include hot air balloon images from the Stowe, Vt. Hot Air Balloon Festival, as well as floral and wildflower images set on stark black backgrounds.
All images are available as approx. 8 x 11", 11 X 14" or 16 x 20" prints, as well as framed and matted prints in approx. sizes 14 x 17", 17 x 21" and 24 x 28" sizes.
We use Kodak metallic paper exclusively for our printing, to impart that special extra something to all of our images, and we use archival type acid free matt board and mounting board in all of our framed and matted images.
